- 20 years as an executive officer of AT&T, with many key roles from Chief Marketing Officer to leading two of the three reported P/Ls for AT&T.
- Rick led DIRECTV, including the launch of DIRECTV Stream and then sale to TPG.
- As EVP and GM Business, he led the $30b Business Segment, including all 2.5 million global business customers with nearly all Fortune 1000 and most government agencies, including defense, intelligence, and FirstNet.
- As EVP and GM Consumer, he led the Consumer Wireline P/L, the largest and fastest growing fiber business in the United States.
- He led an advertising technology business, AdWorks in NYC, and Diax Mobile in Switzerland (now Sunrise Mobile).
- Rick has led large global teams of over 50,000 people, launched transformational products like U-verse, multi-gig fiber at scale, Dynamic Defense cyber security, etc., consistently delivered results and created value.
